Hi,

Have you checked the Firesafe to look for the lost cartridges???

If a Virtual Library is destroyed then all the Cartridges owned by that library will go to the firesafe. You would then need to create the library again and associate the catridges to that library from CVVLS.

Hi,

Sorry for a delayed reply....

The firesafe is accessible under the Cartridges.. System> Chasis >Cartridges..

Look at the attachment for details..

Don't try to play with the data using Linux as this might cause data loss.. If you find the cartridges in the firesafe, then go ahead and create a new Virtual library and move the cartridges directly from FIRESAFE...
