sorry to ask such a basic question but...

i have a d2d110 which has had the raid and drives wiped and want to set it up again using svr2003 but cant set up raid, its set up in the bios andis set to boot, have tried usual f6 and the hp driver, but after install has no bootable partition, probably something stupid but its got me beat,

D2D110 -> is it supported to put Win2k3 on this?

Have you created the array before you load the Windows installation?

This is not a windows system. It runs a special operating system that makes the device look like a fibrechannel tape library for backup purposes. You need to contact HP for the Restore DVD to load the system and configure the RAID array and then you can make the VLS system into a virtual scsi or fibrechannel tape library.
