500Gb FATA tech specs, Where?

Where can I find technical info on the 500Gb FATA drives in my EVA 8100? Thanks!

a) can be plugged alongside standard FC drives in one disk enclosure.
b) XCS firmware compatibility 5.030 and higher (6.110 included)
c) 7200 rpm
d) BC and CA compatible
the pain is one part of the reality
