6404 Cache Module

Hi

I have 2 6404 controllers in 2 seperate NAS 2000s systems. All is working fine except the Cache Module is showing (via CIM and on board LED) a dead battery on both. Replace the whole module and battery and I get the same error. Remove the module and CIM says the controller is all green. Any thoughts?

SmartArray 6402 / 6404 firmware version 2.34 fixes a battery issue.

Firmware is already 2.34, still troubles.

The 6404 card uses two copies of firmware. Just curious, are they both 2.34?

Yes, both 2.34
Controller slot1 shows degraded
Controller slot1B is green
