A3550A - amber service light

I have an old K580 with a couple old A3550A arrays attached to it. One of the disk arrays has the amber-service-light on, it may have been on for months since no-one goes ack in that corner much. Can't find any information on how to check out the light/logs. Can anyone help ?

Re: A3550A - amber service light

Documentation for your array (I believe it's a Model20?) is available here:

Hopefully the diagnostic section will offer some help.

Re: A3550A - amber service light

you can see the status of the various components in sam -> disk and file systems -> disks.

select the "HP Model xx Disk Array" and click ok.
