AIO600 Storageworks upgrade to 3.5

I just received notification from HP an upgrade was available for our AIO600. I downloaded the ISO file and burned the image to CD.

Is this just an upgrade I can place in the CDROM and have it upgrade my system, or will this ISO format my entire system so I lose everything?

Let me know before I proceed.

we have the same system. have you already tried updating your hp aio 600 to 3.5?

I have not tried upgrading it yet as I was hoping someone would respond and add some clarity to my originally posted question.
