Access to MSA SW4414 from Alpha 4100 running OPENVMS
I know we can attach a MSA30 to our Alpha 4100 via a PCI SCSI controller but can we still access all of the diske individually ie create logical devices across the (upto) 14 disks? OR do we need to purchase a RAID conmtroller to do this?

The MSA30 SB is a simple disk drive enclosure without RAID functionality. You could use OpenVMS volume shadowing for RAID-1.
