Accessing raid drives in dos

Can you please tell me how to access the raid drives in dos? i have ghost for netware ver 2.0 and need to ghost our netware server. It has a Smartarray3200 and i have tried using smrtdrv.sys created by the install cd. It says it cannot install because no logical drives exist. but they do..its a working server. Any help would be appreciated

No driver available and normally - not required.
