Adding a second rack extension to an XP10000

we are going to add a second rack extension to an XP10000.

does the second rack should be installed at the right or left side of the primary rack? or this is doesn't matter?

Yes, should be on the right side.

No, but you can believe this. The extension rack should be on the right side (called R1).

OK, for this XP model you have the choice, but better to discuss this with your HP representative.

I'm the HP guy that will install this XP.
I can't find a document that says it must be in the right.
So i think it can be in the right or in the left side. no matter

Have a look into the manual bundle - 04inst3.pdf - procedures for right and left side installations are there. If in doubt, call somebody who knows this better ;-)
