After applaince upgrade to 2.1 (EVA command view 3.1.0.21)

After applaince upgrade to 2.1 (EVA command view 3.1.0.21) I do not receive notification about EVA messages. But I receive notification from about applaince messages. Our support engeneer said that this is normal. Please help me to solve this problem!

What was the version of the appliance before the upgrade? V2.0 or V1.0C?

I am not shure, probably 2.0. Our support recommend us using WEBES as notificator of event from windows event log, but as I understand these event are written to windows event log by appliance, so appliaince softwere could not send it by e-mail?

We lost our notification after upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0. But we hope that upgrade to 2.1 will help us. What was incorrect with our upgrade and how we can solve our problem?

I haven't worked with notifications, yet. But from reading the documentation it looks like one has to migrate the old V1.0 notifications after upgrading to 2.0 or 2.1.

See if you have a link named "Migrate Event Notification Settings" on the "Getting Started" page. The whole process is in Appendix A of the User Guide "AA-RS0AD-TE".
