Array P400i and Exchange 2007

I have a ProLiant DL360 G5 with the P400i controller. My issue is that my Exchange 2007 mailbox store keeps getting corrupted. I have replaced all of the hard drives (2 73GB SAS and 4 146GB SAS). Any ideas what is causing this issue.

The one general recommandation is that try to update the Firmware of Smart array and observer. If still issue better contact HP with ADU Report(Array Diagnostic Utility).
