Hi,
we??ve got a problem with our autoraid 12h (a3700ab). the control panel shows "system warning". unforunately, there is no hint in the supportmanual. i restarted the array, reseted the contollers but the warning remains.
the problem is: we can??t access it anymore via software

Tim,
who said to reseat controllers? And how did you do it? You should not do anything unless expert will ask to otherwise you can end up with data loss. Frightened?
I think you can get more from autoraid.
Try pressing 'next' front panel key. Check if there're any yellow leds on disks, fans or controllers.
Check ioscan if system can see autoraid's LUNs, try ARM software querying array 'arraydsp -a'

as there isn??t any data on it, it wasn??t a prob to reset it.
i just deleted the luns and formated the array, and everythings works fine.
