check at:
/opt/hparray/bin
usually the command is array....
ex: arraydsp,arraycfg, etc etc.

I've always been lazy and used LVM software to handle 12H devices. The default raid 5 doesn't make me happy, but I've had to live with it.

I guess you will need patch PHCO_23263 - this is the manager software for the autoraid 12H with fw HP62.
Did you try
swlist -l fileset | grep 23263
IMHO, it should be there already in /opt/hparray/bin by default.
