I am creating a BC of a prod volume to take snapshops off the BC. but when i do a pairdisply to check the business copy to see if it's ready to be split so i can take the snapshot off of it, it says that it's in a PAIR state, but only shows 99% complete. here is the output. i have another set where most of the pairs are at 100% but there are a few that show 99%. But yet they are all in a PAIR state.
I have checked to see if i'm hitting my limit in BC licenses, and i'm only about half way there.
Is this normal?
