Bad Disk On Model 12H

I have a tech coming out to replca a failed drive in my model 12h. From what I have read it is just a matter of replacing the drive. Apparently this can be done with the unti up and running. My question is: Is this true and are there any points I need to be aware of? Thanks for the help in advance.

Re: Bad Disk On Model 12H

Yes, it is true. If Auto Include is enabled (the default), you simply remove the old disk; insert the new disk; and walk away. If Auto Include is disabled, you reove the old; insert the new disk; and use the front panel to include the new disk.

If it ain't broke, I can fix that.
