Batery Problem has been detected
I have HPUX 9000 two server's with clustring. From tomrrow i have found one error on screen i.e Array Monitoring Daemaon
"Battery problem has been detected for disk array on /dev/rdsk/c2t1d0 at node1
Battery on controller 'X' has failed"
Please provide me the solution urgently.

I am assuming that your storage is MOD12 or 12H.
in that case, each controller has its own battery.
when the controller is pulled out of the enclosure, a battery compartment will be visible on the side.
you will need to get the Part number from the defective battery and order a replacment from HP.

Haveing a faulty battery on a controller means lossing the cache memory when you loose your power to the array.
If your data is importent to you I suggest to replace the battery as soon as possible.
