CPQARRAY errors on Integrated Smart Array DL380 G1
Netware 6.5, SP3 NSS volumes. Mirrored SYS on 2-9GB drives, one fails. Replaced with 18GB spare. CPQARRAY reports failed drive removed and reports new drive added. From Console; CPQARRAY: the Integrated Smart Slot 0 Disk 1 MIR device is now rebuilding the data on the new drive replacing the previously failed drive. Drive looks like it is rebuilding via lights on drive and loading CPQONLIN.NLM to see progress. When it gets to 87-89% percent complete drive status goes to "QUEUED" and percent complete goes to 0. On console screen CPQARRAY: The integrated Smart Slot 0 Disk1 MIR device is queued to begin rebuilding on the new drive replacing the previously failed drive. Let it sit over weekend, still shows "queued" status. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

Re: CPQARRAY errors on Integrated Smart Array DL380 G1
I've the same problem with a DL380G3 and its SA5302. On a Netware 6.5 SP2, changing 72 Go drive with 148 Go, new drive looks like it's rebuilding via lights on drive and web agent to see progress. When it gets to 50-56% percent complete drive status goes to "QUEUED" and percent complete goes to 0.

Re: CPQARRAY errors on Integrated Smart Array DL380 G1
We eventually powered off the server and pulled the good 9GB mirrored SYS: drive. Placed that drive into another similar G1-DL380, rebooted it and when the OS loaded, reinserted the "new" 18GB spare drive. The BIOS recognized it as a replacement drive and began rebuilding the mirror. This time it never went into the "Queued" state and it's progress continued past the critical 87-89% until it successfully finished. Powered off the server and removed both drives and reinserted them back into the original DL380 and it booted successfully. Mirror is intact.
