CV DeviceManagerServer not running

Hi All,
I have just installed CV XP AE 6.0 on a new windows 2008 server. The install went ok and I was able to log on and install the licence key but since the server has been rebooted the CV DeviceManagerServer service stops running. When it is restarted it stops again straight away.
The OS is windows 2008 32bit standard edition with SP1 installed.

Has anyone seen this before?
