Can I move an MSA30 off of a MSA1510i to a DL380 and not lose any data

Here's my problem,

My Windows 2003 R2 Server lost it's connection to the MSA1510i that has four logical drives, the most important data is on the full MSA30. I would like to just shut down and plug the MSA30 directly into my DL380 without losing the array.

Or, what is the best way to troubleshoot the Ethernet controller on the 1510i, everything seems to be fine, I just cannot make the connection to it anymore.

Thanks in advance !

Jim

The answer is NO.

The MSA20 or 30 for that matter presents itself as a bunch of disks to the 1510i, the configuration is not written to the hard drives. If you move the MSA20 you will lose all configuration and the array will be lost..
