I assume you mean the SC10 JBOD, which has LVD/SE SCSI Bus Controller Cards.

As far as I know there is no LVD/SE SCSI card for D/R-Class systems available.

true. after some checks i have a answer of my question.
the SC10 disk array cannot be inserted into R390 machine cause SC10 work on low voltage system. R390 can work only with HVD (and other disk array systems, like HVD10).
thanks for your support

Hi,

You can use SC-10 with A,N and V Class servers only.
with following HBA's installed on it A5149A and A5150A

You can get more info on this manual.

Re: Can be moved SC10 storage array onto R390?

Hi,
One possible solution is to use a LVD/HVD converter.

The converter will probably work but is not officially supported.
Hint: The SC10 and the HVD10 do have the same enclosure, disks and power supplies. The only differences are the BCCs. These are either HVD or LVD. See the drawing.
So you could convert the SC10 into an HVD10.
The PN of the HVD BCC is A5632A.
