Can't reinstall RSM 2
Hi, i spent some hours trying to reinstall RSM 2 after a server crash.
If i install RSM 3, all is ok but i can't manage SAN (SAN not seen cause of different release of BusinessCopy 2 and RSM 3 ?).
If in install RSM 2, it always fail ause it seems to want to upgrade a previous version of RSM (but i do a 'clean install' (i hope), deleting directories and registry keys about RSM before...).
any idea ?

Re: Can't reinstall RSM 2
Hi, the Bussiness Copy version 2 software is what HP had before RSM. RSM communicates with Command View, you do not need both softwares. With RSM 3.1 you can do everything, and it's free.

Re: Can't reinstall RSM 2
hi vcespon,
i just reinstall rsm 2 doing it 'manually' (hard coding in registry from another server, copy files from old save, etc...).
With RSM3, no problem for instaling, but i cant see my eva, i suspect a licence problem, did you upgrade from rsm 2 to rsm 3 without changing anything else ?
