Canon IR2870 Form Setup

I am trying to set up print forms for a Canon IR2870 printer some users recently surprised us with. (They got the new printers and their reports stopped printing.)

I have setup forms for our HP printers and some Lexmark and Lanier printer/copeirs with no problems.
These new Canon printers report print failures with an PCL string I try to send to them.
Does anyone have any experience with setting this type of printer up under VMS?
I am trying to set up a portrait form 80 columns wide and a landscape form 132 colimns wide to start with.
