Command View EVA Proxy Error

Hi,

Any guys of you encountered proxy error when downloading event termination log?

Can someone point me what causes this error and how to fix it?

What was done:
Restarted CVE Server
Re-installed Command View EVA
Restart CVE Server

Had similar instance, not exactly the same but the CVEVA Hangs while extracting termination logs, If its IE 7 you are using please try a lower version of the browser.

Re: Command View EVA Proxy Error

but the question is why the other EVA's connected to it didn't encounter the same error. eva's connected to it has the same firmware and model. and just this other eva cannot download event termination log

Re: Command View EVA Proxy Error

not all the EVAs would have same kind of load as others... the EVA which fails this request could be busy and hence rejecting this request to get the termination logs.... remember EVA gives highest priority to IO request.. and if it is too busy it might just start rejecting all other request

btw... did you try to restart the CV EVA service before reinstalling it??

Re: Command View EVA Proxy Error

i don't think reinstalling the command view eva software would have made any difference although you would think it did but it just delayed it little more until the EVA became less busy...
