I just downloaded and installed cvsdm_11_11_v10902.depot.gz on the second vpar of an RP7420, HPUX 11.11, to manage a recently acquired VA7400.
Looking through old paperwork I see that a license had been required in the past and that a new install would get a 60-day temporary license. I can see both temporary and permanent licenses in CVSDM 1.07 which is installed on the first vpar of this machine (from before my time).
But the 1.09 install doesn't even have a button for "Software License" on the License tab. So is it safe to say, I don't ever have to worry about that installation expiring?
thanks all...

Solution
No licence required for commandview later than version 1.07.
Hope this helps!
