CommandView EVA 8.0.2 SMI-S Windows Spanish

I have installed CV 8.0.2, SIM 5.2 SP2 on the same machine...changed port of wmi, wmi proxy in SIM...
If it´s installed on english version of Windows 2003, works fine. Wbemdisco responds on port 5989 for example, SIM detects storage (EVA 4400...), it detects services:
"This system has at least one SMI-S CIMOM installed
This system has a server CIMOM installed
Running WBEM rules based identification.
Got ComputerSystem WBEM/WMI data from the system...
I tested in several machines.
If it´s installed on spanish version of windows (not multilingual)-> no service is listening to on ports 5988, 5989 (javawrapper).
JavaWrapper is starting and stopping.
WMIserver is listening to on port 6989 for example.

Customer wants spanish version.
I will check on more machines with spanish version.
Is it a prerrequisite the english version?

any suggestion please? (aside to install english version)
This machine has Data Protector, commandview, vmware Virtual Center, Insight Manager...
Everything works well except this component.

Same problem here. Javawrapper gets lots of CPU and freeze the system.

Hi Juan,
the problem isn´t solved.
I see the same problem in all customers that have Spanish version of windows.
For example, last week with a server installed since several month (it has remote support for EVA with the old system (ISEE, WEBES, HP EVA Configuration Collector...).
SMI-S installed but any service listening on port 5988/5989 (javagrapper).
SIM is working on other server and now i want to see EVA 4100...
Documentation of CommandView only say about english version or japanese version to choose during installation .
An engineer from HP said me that he only makes installation on english versions, if customer has spanish--> change to english first.
Next weeks I will install on english version on another customer (it also wanted spanish...but...)I think will work fine like other in english, i will tell you

I uninstall SMI-S CIMOM and it works ok now.

I've found a solution for this issue.
When the os is in spanish the program files directory is called "Archivos de Programa".

If I install CV with the default settings it install in this directory and the problem persist.

The solution is create a directory called "Program Files" in the C: drive and install CV personalizated inside this folder and the issue is resolved.
