Compaq StorageWorks RAID Array 4000 Faulty power bay alert

HP SIM is reporting that one of our Compaq StorageWorks RAID Array 4000 has two Power Bays (Bay1 and Bay 2) with a Status of “Failed”. This array appears to only have 2 power bays and both seem to be working. There is an amber light on the front of the unit, but we don’t see an amber light on the back (there are two green lights on each power supply). We don’t see any warnings or errors in the Windows event logs. Could this be a cached event?
