Compaq Troubleshooting Methodology

Hello guys

I am hoping that one of you knows subject.This is for my coming exam-first one I've failed so I'm prepearing for next one.Few questions were asked about this -I know that there are 6 steps to succesful troubleshooting(according to Compaq).

They sound like:
data evaluation
plan implementation
problem evaluation...

and similar.

I need correct order please.
