I have the same hardware and we have configured through DAMP. My OS is HP-UX 11.11. My servers are clustered, so how do you see the hitachi disks from both systems to configure the volume groups? I have done insf -e and ioscan only sees the primary/secondary paths for its disks. thanks in advance. Can't see anything in SAM.

Re: Configuring RP4440, HP-UX 11.11 to 9570V
The disk array needs to present the LUNs to both servers. If you don't get see it in an ioscan, then it is most likely that your array has LUN security to block all but the one host from seeing it.

Re: Configuring RP4440, HP-UX 11.11 to 9570V
I had the Hitachi engineer reconfigure the Ports for the fibre channel. Once they were the same, both servers can now see all disks. thanks and consider this closed.
