can we connect this storage to two qlogic SAN switches(using only 1 port from each controller A and B for MSA2000 left ports
...
and connect another two cisco mds (HP BLade SAN switches) to the same storage by using the the right two ports on MSA controllers for HP blade servers access

Best practice is to have one port from each controller should go to host, which will provide you path level and controller level redundancy.
