Convert Raid 1 to 5

I have a Proliant DL380 G4, with the following configuration:

Mirror 1 : 2 x 36 GB Disk
Mirror 2 : 2 x 148 GB Disk
Spare Disk : 1 x 148 GB Disk

The controller is a Smart Array 6i, 2.36 Rev. B

I want to remove the spare drive and add it to mirror 2 so I can create a RAID 5. is that feasible ?

PLease let me know if you need more info.
