Also if you press F8 during POST, you can enter the BIOS of the SmartArray and create a RAID there.

I am explaining the scenario.
The server model is DL180 (442853-371).
3 nos 750 GB SATA HDD
E200 Smart Array controller card.
When the power on, BIOS loading sucessfully, after, HP smart array initializing and showing the message "1785-No array configured".

as vcespon says when the controller shows up you must press F8 to get into Array configuration for the e200 controller and once there configure your RAID level
but vcespon also told you about smartstart CD (SSCD), even that server has a smart array controller ti won't support SSCD since it is a 100 Series

Both the answers were spot on. Ensure that you press F8 During Boot process. Create the Volumes and install the OS. You may want to choose between RAID 5 & 1 depending upon what you need for the OS Drives and the Data. ORCA tool lets you just create delete basic settings. So donot expect advanced options to be available as of now ;)
