DMX-3 sympd list output

Hi,

we have output from "sympd list" on DMX-3:

Device Name Directors Device
--------------------------- ------------ --------------------------------------
Cap
Physical Sym SA :P DA :IT Config Attribute Sts (MB)
--------------------------- ------------ --------------------------------------

/dev/rdsk/c51t0d0 0000 08B:0 01C:C2 2-Way Mir N/Grp'd VCM WD 46
/dev/rdsk/c51t0d1 0B47 08B:0 05D:C3 2-Way Mir N/Grp'd RW 3

My questions are:

1. what does "SA:P 08B:0" mean?

2. what doest "DA: IT 01C:C2" mean?

3. Does anybody have have this kind SA and DA director ports mapping, disk drive mapping/numbering ?

Thanks,

Ming

Re: DMX-3 sympd list output

Ming,
1. what does "SA:P 08B:0" mean?
Answer: This is SA 8B port 0
2. what doest "DA: IT 01C:C2" mean?
Answer: This is DA 01C interface C2

You'll be better off posting on an EMC forum to get support on this and any other DMX related questions.
