DS21XX stoarge question

The older DS2100 uses 73Gb disk, while the newer DS2420 uses 300Gb disk. Is it possible to mix different size disk with the newer SD2420? For example, put a mixture of 73, 146 and 300GB disk in the DS2420? Is this supported?

Thx in advance.

Re: DS21XX stoarge question

There should be no problem with 73GB (A7528A or A7529A) disks in the DS2120, HP has 36GB drives available for it as well.

Re: DS21XX stoarge question

OK, just to make sure,

Do you mean the DS2120 or DS2405? HP has no DS2420.

My previous comments assumed that you meant the DS2120.

Yes, DS2120. I just wanted to make sure that I can mix different size disk within the DS2120 chasis. Thx
