Deciphering output of MSA1000 show perf

We have been having some issues with our database which is housed on a MSA1000 with 2 MSA30's attached. We are running A/P with redundant SAN switches. Servers are DL585G2's running Win2003/X64.

MS has insisted we are have disk issues. I have attached the info MS sent us and the output I have pulled from the MSA1000.

Does anyone see anything "suspect"?

Take a look at the avg read and avg write latency!

Lonnie,
There hasn't been enough IO to the LUNs with high latency for it to settle.

Lonnie,

How many servers do you have connected to your MSA? There is a practical limit of devices to connect to the MSA.

What command did you use to get the transfer rates for the physical disks?

I will start perf on the MSA today and collect about 4 hours of data and post it later this evening.

MS collected the data but I think they were using Perfmon or some counter within SQL.

We have only one server accessing the MSA1000.
