Direct connection between Rx2660 and MSA200Fc!!

Hi,

Can we connect MSA200Fc directly to Rx2660 server ? I have some confusion in this regard because, MSA2000FC supports 4GB fiber channel host interface. What are the changes that needs to be done on server side.>?

Yes you can connect directly, but there is supported OS only HP-UX and OpenVMS.

I somehow got the solution. I am sharing the details here.

The rx2660 supports 2 PCI express slot and 1 PCI-X Slot. I ll have to buy PCI-X dual-port, 4Gb Fibre Channel adapter in order to conect MSA2000FC to rx2660 host port.
