Disable EVA4000 autostart
We are facing a bit of a problem. When the EVAs are shutdown (with PDUs still on), and the power is restored after a power-failure, the EVAs start up immediately.
Power-failure is a regular problem at nights here. Power goes and comes many times at nights. So we need to disable this autostart property of the EVA so that they do not start at night.
Does anyone know how to disable this property?
Thanks & regards,
Taurian.

Re: Disable EVA4000 autostart
You need a UPS as soon as possible. After a sudden power goes, there may a data loss risk at EVA.

Re: Disable EVA4000 autostart
We do have UPS. That is not the issue. If the UPS battery drains, the EVA will start when the building's power is restored.
We are shutting down our machines in case of power failure through UPS. But in cases when UPS drains if the power has not been restored, the EVA will start when the power is restored eventually. We need to avoid that.

Re: Disable EVA4000 autostart
I think that would be the only solution.
