As rich says, rs232 is easy, but after binding all your luns default owner to SPA (if that's where you created them) you'll see a massive perf decrease if you try lvm controller/bus load balancing accessing SPA's luns through SPB.
What's wrong with SAM anyway, it uses the SPT driver, there's no messing around trying to find the correct cable (there are some rs232's that wont work - I can't remember which, you can identify them from the number of pins on the male side )

follow the link at the bottom and you'll have years of happy usage from your Nike, until FWD and become obsolete at least.. or until you need more than 30G of disk space...
