Documentation.
Is it possible to easily document the settings of an Array Controller? Maybe I'm missing a button or something, but to create a document about the disk structure of our server is taking about two days.
I have to cut and paste the pictures of the disk sizes, logical disk size and Array components.
Surely there's a quicker, or text only version?
Any help is much appreciated.
Padraic

Re: Documentation.
Padraic:
You can use the CLI tools to save off the configuration:
Windows:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/20622.html
Linux:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/21670.html
You can use the ACU Users Guide:
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/supportinformation/techpubs/user_reference_guides/239449-004_rev4_us.pdf
Hope this helps! -john

Re: Documentation.
Hi man.
You can refer to this link.
http://ovweb.external.hp.com/lpe/doc_serv/
You can find not only storage but also any documentation.
All of document is .pdf format. You can cut or paste any picture.
I also have a recommendation: Using Acrobat Version 6.0 or later, you will cut and paste picture with a hight quality.
Hope this helps and goodluck to you.
Anyway, you can post everything, this is an usefull forums.
Jimkery.
