Dual booting using two sets of mirrored disks

We have a requirement to have two pairs of mirrored disk in a server, but only have access to one pair at any one time, leaving the second mirror invisible. The reason for this is that we need production set and a development set. Is this possible on a Compaq DL380 G3 with onboard 5i array controller

What is the operating system being used?

I don't think you can do that with the SmartArray controller, but on Windows, for example you could remove the drive letter from one of the disks. I think Windows 2003 has the "MOUNTVOL" command which helps to automate the process, not sure if the command works on W2000.

You can use boot Manager to control the booting each time the system starts. Hides one partition and make the other active
