Duplicate drives showing in SSA
bays 1 and 2 show 2 drives in each. All the other bay show up correctly. Does not matter what drives are put into the first two slots, they always show as duplicates. Backplane issue in the D2600?

Re: Duplicate drives showing in SSA
Hello,
Good day!!
It might be ghost id created...did you move D2600 from different Server?
We need to check the drive serial number in every id...also check how many unassigned drive we have......this will clear through Heal Array...
Prior to doing this collect ADU report that have slot x file.
Please collect the report and log a ticket with us!!
We will be happy to help you:)
