E200i not rebuilding

Hi, I'm new to this site but I have an e200i Smart array with 5 drives. drive 3 went bad and I replaced it. All 5 drives show activity but the status never changes and stays at "ready for recovery". There is a yellow triangle that says the state is degraded. What Should I do?

hi,

maybe you will think, thath i'm joking,

but sometime, the reboot solve really lot of troubles.

Boy....don't I wish!! Server 2003 is installed & I would like to get this bad-boy striping. Thanks for the reply.
