EMS Reports FC60 primary Battery failure but no warning lights on.

EMS reports primary Battery Failure, however the green full charge LED's are showing full charge in both batteries. Also the "amdsp" command reports that everything is Good and Optimal with no mention of Battery.
Please can anyone advise on the cause of this.

Message appears aprox once per day at different times.

Re: EMS Reports FC60 primary Battery failure but no warning lights on.

What version of the OnlineDiags do you have installed? Can you give the full text of the EMS message from fc60mon? I'm guessing it's event 22 you're seeing.

... which as far as I can see is the same as the EMS email.

On the other hand, both Fault lights on the front of the battery pack are OFF, and the two Full Charge lights are STEADY GREEN.

The "amdsp" command reports everything "GOOD" and "OPTIMAL" and does not
mention the battery.

Please advise.

Re: EMS Reports FC60 primary Battery failure but no warning lights on.

One thing I can see, you have a fairly old version of OnlineDiags installed, I believe, so I'd recommend upgrading to the latest version plus the latest patch for that version. This may fix the problem. Even if not, it'll give you a supported version to work from. It'll certainly eliminate any known problems with the fc60mon monitor.

A.44.00, HWE0403, is the latest release of OnlineDiags for 11.00, and the latest patch that should be installed on top of that is PHSS_32469.

It would appear that the online Diagnostics needed updating along with a Patch to Suit.
