ERROR: Failed to start hostwatchdog---while starting hostagent

Hi,

I am facing a problem in starting the path connectivity hostagent on my HPUX11i server.
My setup includes XP1024,Command view station and HP9000 servers.
I do a depoly of the hostagent from my command view station onto one of the servers and it gives me error "ERROR: Failed to start hostwatchdog"
If i check the active processses on my server when the copying is in process i find the following 2 process running.
