EVA 3000 with SMA III

I am having an issue using HP Open Manage. I am able to open thru a browser just fine. I can see under devices: HSG Element Manager and Command View. When I click on either of these choices I am unable to get into either. The browser states cannot display page.
Any suggestions?

Check the versions of your environment.
If you are for example at VCS 3.028 you need HP OpenView Storage Management Appliance software Version 2.1 and Command View EVA 4.1 or higher.
