EVA 6000 Disk group Best practices

Iam planning to upgrade an EVA 6000 , Do we have any official document for configuration of DG... Also I need supporting document for disk to added in horizntal or vertical ?

Recommended is adding disks in groups of 8 disks - vertical.

To be clear - Recommended is adding disks in sets of 8 disks - vertical. It is up to you, if you will create new DG or extend existing DG.
