EVA HDD Problem

One of enclosure HDD in EVA gives LOOP FAILURE error. is it HDD failure?

HDD means Hard disk. Check the enclosure for amber light. Also you can see from the management software.

Hi,
The disk is still operational but is running in a "degraded" state as it is only accessible on one of the two loops. I usually ungroup the disk and ask HP to send a new one. Leave the "faulty" one in place until the new one arrives & then swap them over. Go back into command view and add the new disk back into the appropriate disk group & leave to level.
