EVA4000.How make Rj50 patch cord for Ycable?

Hi

Is RJ50 patchcord for connecting disk enclosure to Ycable?

 

So,if you'r answer is Rj50. i will want to make Rj50 patchcord for Ycable(eva4000 hsv200).

 

I Need Wiring Diagram (Pinout) for Making RJ50 Patchcord . for example(RJ45 586B): Orange + White/Orange+.....Or pin1=>pin2 + ...

 

and i want Rj50 to DB9(Female) for Hsv200, I need Wiring Map for it.
