EVA4100 down, customer screw it up
Hi all,
Customer was "playing" with grouping and ungrouping disks and the system went down at a time, indicating that there is no space left in the disk group.
Both controllers were halted when we arrived to site.
I'va attached the controller boot log and fault in case anyone have anything to try.
Been working 12 hours and Storage is considered unrecoverable by HP Service.
Regards
