EVA4400-s Inoperative

I have an enclosure that isn't connecting to the embedded switches for some reason. Looking for any help I can get.

Please give a bit more details - what do you mean by enclosure? That is only the metallic frame which holds the modules - it cannot 'connect'.

Has the system already been set up? If not, you first need to assign the controller WWN through the WOCP (management module) before the controllers establish links with the embedded switches.

It's a whole system. It was up and running, but is now uninitialized and I get an error when I reboot the switches. None of the ports come online so that I can initialize the storage.
