Enabling NCQ Native Command Queuing on P400 controller

I am trying to make sure I have enabled NCQ the quick specs say

"For NCQ to be enabled, it must be
supported and turned on in the controller and in the hard drive itself"

I have run the ADU and the controller reports that NCQ is supported the Disks say that NCQ is supported and enabled. What worries me is that controller doesnt report NCQ enabled - just supported.

Does this mean it is enabled or is there still a setting on the controller I need to enable?
